Amazing Savings®, Inc. has recently launched a customer loyalty program called "ASAP" (Amazing Savings Awards Program). ASAP was developed to reward our customers for their shopping frequency and dollar amounts they spend in Amazing Savings® stores.

1. How do I enroll in the ASAP program?
   Any Amazing Savings® customer may enroll in the ASAP program by completing an enrollment form at any Amazing Savings® store. Your ASAP card is attached to the enrollment form and can be used immediately. You can also enroll online by taking an enrollment form and visiting www.amazingsavings.com, following the prompts and entering in your information and the membership number on the card attached to enrollment form.
2. How do I earn ASAP points?
   You automatically receive one (1) point for every $1 in qualifying purchases (excluding federal, state and local taxes, shipping charges, discounts and net of returns and all purchases from the carpet department) posted to your ASAP account. Prior purchases and purchases made without the ASAP card are not eligible for points. You must reside in the United States and your mailing address must also be in the United States to be eligible to participate in ASAP.
3. Do I need to show my ASAP card to earn points?
   Yes. Your ASAP card must be provided at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase.
4. If I forget my card, can I get points added by returning to the store with my receipt and ASAP card?
   No, you must have your card with you at the time of purchase.
5. Are any purchases excluded from earning points?
   Yes, all purchases from the carpet department do not earn points.
6. How do I redeem my ASAP points?
   Redeeming points is easy and automatic. For every 100 points accumulated, you will automatically receive a five dollar ($5) award check, good only toward purchases in an Amazing Savings store. Award checks have no cash value, are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.
7. How long will it take to receive my ASAP reward check?
   Award checks are mailed approximately 4-6 weeks after the end of the month in which the individual earns a minimum of 100 points, based on the individual's balance. Balances under the 100 points will be carried forward in the individual's account to the next month.
   
8. What happens if I lose my ASAP award check?
   Award checks are not replaceable. Please treat them like cash. Award checks are void if sold or exchanged for cash or other consideration or if received or used in violation of the terms and conditions in the ASAP enrollment form/application.
   
9. Can I use an expired ASAP award check?
   No. Please be aware that award checks have an expiration date and are only valid to the date printed on the check and must be redeemed by the expiration date.
10. Will my ASAP points expire?
    Points do not expire and balances less than 100 points roll over from month to month after an award check is issued. If an ASAP account has not accumulated sufficient purchases within any one-year period to be eligible for an award check, all purchases accumulated in an ASAP account may be deleted.
    
11. If I spend more than $100 in a month, will I receive more ASAP awards? Yes. For every $100 in qualifying purchases, you will receive a $5.00 ASAP check to use in store. If you spend - for example - $225 dollars in qualifying purchases in a month, you will receive ASAP awards of $10, and the 25 points remaining will be rolled over to the next month. Point levels set forth in ASAP may change at any time.

ASAP Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. 1. Amazing Savings®, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or restrict ASAP or any aspect of the program at any time.
2. 2. Membership in ASAP may be revoked at any time by Amazing Savings®, Inc. in its sole discretion for any abuse of the program, failure to follow terms of the program, or any misrepresentation and may subject members to card revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the program.
3. 3. ASAP purchases, as reflected in Amazing Savings®, Inc. records, shall be deemed correct and Amazing Savings®, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the amount of the award checks to be awarded for any transaction and to correct or modify the award checks at any time based on Amazing Savings®, Inc. records and calculations of account information.
